A student is nowhere to be found
Sat 14 March 2020

Sat 14 March 2020
You won't watch any lesson that you or your child has in her folder which is password protected.
I will use the website for the following purposes:
(1) I used to put homework up 3 days after a lesson but am now trialing the notebooks now.
(2) Sometime times I will upload videos, links or audio files etc for teaching purposes and I will direct you or students at times to access these for homework purposes.
(3) I use it as a form of organisation for myself- like when I am having the next lesson with you or your child - sometimes I do not put anything in her folder regarding when the next lesson will be- I have this information in other places too.
The bottom line is that you or your child need to know how to access the information in her folder at times (get to her folder) but this will only be if I put anything in her folder. Most of the time the notebook for any reminders regarding homework. I will direct you or your child to her folder on the website when I have to.
I am beginning to collect cards and hang onto them.
Sunday 8th March 2020
I am beginning the process of keeping cards of all students until they have all been used up, then give the cards back to the student when the last rectangular blue(FREE)(cc) or yellow (LBL) space has been signed and dated.
A cross from corner to corner will be drawn on the card to signify that it is finished with and that it is time to pay again.
I have begun this process as a bit of an experiment because some students forget to bring cards and I have to make replacement cards or sign them later at a future lesson.
The great news is that I will happily scan a card for a parent so the parent can see which lesson a child is up to. Plaese ask me to do this.
When a card is shown to you the parent and has a cross from corner to corner, it is time to pay again.
