Payment for Lessons:
An important change for Concession Card holders:
Concession Card Holders – please note the Change:
From the beginning of term 2 2019 or from your next payment from the beginning of term 2 2019:
No transferring of fees if a student is unable to be at a lesson.
Catch up lessons will be provided. If a person cannot make a catch-up lesson payment will be lost. With the concession way of paying, a free lesson is given. The free lesson will be given at the next lesson after the 5 week block. If a student is away from a lesson, this free lesson will be transferred to the day a student misses a lesson.
The differences:
Concession Payments:
Pay for a block or 5 weeks get 1 free lesson with this. It is fine if you miss lessons, the payment for 5 weeks is locked.
Lesson by Lesson Payments:
Pay for a lesson in advance – no free lesson. Id a person cannot make a catch-up lesson this would be the way to go.
Catch- Up lessons
- Not to happen in lesson times.
- will happen in holidays or another time that is mutually agreed upon.
- if cannot be had and a member is a concession card holder, payment will be lost but free lesson will be given.
Some examples to make the above clear:
The concession method of payment means that a payment will need to be made each 6 weeks.
If you know that you are going to miss a lesson or two in the 5 week block, perhaps pay lesson by lesson- no free lesson.
Thank you.
